All the intellectual and industrial property rights of the web.bizkaia.eus website and its content (texts, images, sounds, audio, video, designs, creative designs, software) belong to Bizkaia Provincial Council.
Personal data protection guarantee
Bizkaia Provincial Council hereby guarantees that the strictest confidentiality will be applied in the gathering and processing of data provided by its users. The legally-required security levels have been adopted to protect the personal data and all the technical measures and resources available have been installed to avoid the loss, abuse, alteration, non-authorised access and theft of the personal data provided.
The personal data gathered will undergo automated data processing and be included in the relevant automated files by Bizkaia Provincial Council. The data provided shall solely be used for the purposes described in the subscription form.

The person registered in any service of web.bizkaia.eus may at any time exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and revoke the permission to assign their data in the terms envisaged in the aforementioned legislation and other enactment regulations. Bizkaia Provincial Council shall provide the people registered with the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to submitting their personal details, they can access this disclaimer regarding the Personal Data Protection Policy or any other relevant information, and so they can provide their authorization for Bizkaia Provincial Council to proceed the automated processing of the personal data of the users.
