Individual reservations:
ONLINE BOOKING IS MANDATORY TO GUARANTEE ENTRY, AGAINST POSSIBLE ACCESS LIMITS DUE TO EXCESS OF VISITORS AND TOURISTS.
· For individual reservations, the maximum amount of tickets to book is 10. In case the number of tickets to book is larger than 10, the reservation should be done as a Group reservation.
· Anticipation: the reservation can be done with an anticipation of 6 months and up to 12:00h of the previous day of the visit.
· The access will be done through the enabled entering zones, which are indicated. The staff will be in charge of checking and registering the reservation.
· Reservations will be made for the time schedule indicated in the online reservation system. It is not allowed to access without reservation.
· After the reservation is made, you will get an e-mail with the ticket, which you will have to show (printed or in a mobile device) when entering Gaztelugatxe. You need to keep the ticket, printed or in a mobile device, until you finish the visit, so the staff can make as many checking as the need.
· Validity of the reservation: in case of not entering Gaztelugatxe at the hour shown in the ticket, the reservation will be cancelled 60 minutes after. It is important to respect the time and notify in case of being late via phone or email (available in the “contact” section).
· The reservation can be cancelled in the email received. We suggest you to cancel the reservation as soon as possible, so other people can enjoy their visit to Gaztelugatxe. In case you don’t cancel your reservation, you won’t be allowed to make a new reservation for a period of 12 months.

Group reservations:

Reservations for Tour operators:

· For group reservations, managed by tour operators, the minimum amount of tickets to book is 35, and the maximum is 60. In case the number of tickets to book is larger than 60, please contact us on the mail gaztelugatxe@bizkaia.eus
· With the same ID or Passport the maximum allowed number of active tickets managed by a tour operator is 65, in a same day and hour or in different days and hours.
· Anticipation: the reservation can be done with an anticipation of 6 months and up to 12:00h of the previous day of the visit.
· The access will be done through the access control called Ermu, which is indicated. The staff will be in charge of checking and registering the reservation.
· Pre-booking will be made for the time schedule indicated in the online reservation system. It is not allowed to access without confirmation from access control team.
· After making the PRE-BOOKING you will receive an email and you must write to gaztelugatxe@bizkaia.eus adding the email address and the reservation code and indicating the selected time between the shifts indicated in the system. The Gaztelugatxe team will confirm the reservation in case of availability by email.
